The four project (see attachment) sites are all located on Fiji's pristine Natewa Bay, the largest deep water bay in the South Pacific. These sites have been selected for their natural beauty and untouched environment as well as their significant tourism development potential. Nukudrau Island is a free hold island with governmental subdivision approval for 24 residential sites plus common resort facilities, marina and jetty. Nearby to the island is a spectacular mainland site with a stunning beach known as Nukuvulavula. This site of 47.7 hectares in size has subdivision approval and government approval in principle for the development of a 132 room five star resort. To support the primary development sites there are a further two sites in the project portfolio, Natuvu which is a 0.7 hectare site providing water based access from the mainland to the resort sites and Nacurucuru which is 19.42 Hectares and is zoned for commercial and tourism purposes.
All projects sites are owned through a primary holding company which also makes application for and holds the necessary government approvals for investment, tax concessions and development.
Spoken language in Fiji is English, rich local labor resources.
