　　Far East Mansion Co., Ltd locates in Nakhodka, south to Vladivostock, Far East of Russia. Nakhodka is one of Russia’s most international trade ports. It is not only a place with abundant natural & cultural landscape, but also an integrated maritime hub of fishing trade and oil port. As the smooth going of the construction of the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean oil pipeline, the city will become a major base for oil and gas transmission from Russia to Asian & Pacific regions.

　　The main asset of the company is Far East Mansion Hotel. The construction started in 1991 and the hotel commenced business in early 1995. It has been one of the city’s landmarks since the completion date. Far Eastern Mansion Hotel sits alongside mountains and the sea, close to the harbor in the east, enjoying the whole panoramic view of the port. The gross floor area of the Mansion is 10,013 square meters, occupying a land of 7,423 square meters. It has in total 85 guest rooms, 15 office rooms and spaces for various supporting functions. Architectural Layers: basement, ground floor 1-9, partially 11 levels. Outside the building there are boiler room, underground heavy oil depots, garages and other annexes and equipment.

　　The assessed price of the Mansion in August, 2006 was 4.5383 million US dollars.

　　The Far East Mansion has signed contracts to get the rights and years to use the land after being approved by Committee on Planning and Land Development and the Municipal Government of Nakhodka.
