CBEX as a comprehensive equity transaction institution authorized by the Beijing Municipal Government has built up a unique platform for acquisition and reconstruction of enterprises. Through market-oriented operations and professional management, we have successfully implemented the efficient, high-quality and professional services for both the State-Owned equities and other private transactions, which enhance CBEX maintained stability and prosperity with the staunch support of the Central Government and local governments at all levels. Subscribing to the concept of “When one place suffers misfortune, aids come from all sides”, CBEX will actively participate in the post-quake reconstruction work.

Taking into account of our resource capability, we would focus on individual project items. We have been in close contact with the Central Government and have reflected the keen desire of the International community to join the reconstruction work.
